1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tb999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tb999 website located at https://tb999.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, and account management features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the tb999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

tb999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players based in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are designed for use by residents and players located in Bangladesh. 2 Eligibility & Registration

The tb999 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of tb999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, script, or software to create accounts or interact with the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. tb999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided during registration at any time. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Management

Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on tb999. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tb999 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. You must notify tb999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

tb999 will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from tb999 and requesting your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

tb999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access pending the completion of identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or fraud investigations. During any such suspension, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. Players will be notified of any account restriction and given a reasonable opportunity to respond where circumstances permit.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tb999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tb999 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of available methods is displayed within the account cashier at login.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific minimum and maximum limits for withdrawals are displayed in the cashier section and may vary depending on the payment method selected. tb999 does not charge internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tb999 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to payment provider limitations.
3. Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
4. tb999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.
5. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions, though tb999 does not guarantee any specific processing time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tb999 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General conditions that apply to all tb999 bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have not previously self-excluded from the platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for the relevant bonus. Uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited at expiry.
• tb999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not adversely affect players who have already accepted and are actively using the relevant bonus.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the normal withdrawal process following satisfaction of wagering requirements.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the tb999 bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or deliberate exploitation of technical errors — will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and potential permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tb999 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are available within the relevant game interface or sports betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager.

With respect to sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. tb999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. A bet is not considered accepted until a bet confirmation reference is issued.
• For cricket markets, settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant domestic board). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, settlement rules published for the specific market type will apply.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tb999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where warranted:

• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any software that interacts with the platform outside of a standard web browser.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use tb999 to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage activity across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to circumvent the platform's bonus structure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents during the KYC verification process.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their explicit authorisation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening tb999 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tb999 platform — including but not limited to the tb999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tb999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from tb999.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any platform software.
• Use the tb999 name, logo, or brand assets in any third-party marketing, social media, or promotional material without written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of tb999's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the player's access licence and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb999 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

tb999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tb999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tb999 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. tb999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10 Privacy & Data

tb999's collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by players is governed by the tb999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://tb999.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

tb999 collects personal data that is necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and other technology partners strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to binding confidentiality obligations.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tb999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
